Postage Terms.

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day (Ordered by 11 am) or next day.

The prices on Little Imps Toys are subject to Postage and Packing Charge through LittleImps.co.uk
This price is determined by the value of the order you make and in the UK the maximum charge for standard delivery would be £5.50

Payment and Security.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and alternative payment methods can be arranged if you contact us. (Personal cheque, PayPal etc)

The Little Imps Website is hosted on a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.

We will never hand any details on to any other party.

Secure Payment Processing - Along with our secure server, Little Imps uses a Secure Payments Gateway. NETBANX are a recognised payments gateway who deal with online payments on a large scale and have many high profile clients. On checkout you will be passed to their gateway to make a real time payment. This is a simple, fast and secure process.

Returns

We have a 'No quibble' returns policy

Every case for returning items is dealt with on its own merit. Damaged items, or incorrect items will obviously be replaced or refunded depending on requirements.

Unwanted items can also be returned for refund or exchange. In this case though, you will have to pay postage costs or return the item directly to the shop.

'Out of Stock' Items

Our web site is linked directly to our stock control system, so stock levels are 'live'

As with all such fancy systems though, things can go wrong. In such cases we will contact you and explain the shortage or delay.

In every case where an item cannot be supplied immediately, you will be offered either immediate and full refund, another similar item or the item(s) can be sent separately once they are in stock again with free postage.

If you see an item on the web site that says 'Out of Stock' this usually means it will be available again soon. You can enquire about the items availability, and depending on the lead time we may be able to add it to your order.
